Stop, Drop, and Read

We all know that reading to our children is important for so many reasons.  It helps build vocabulary, exposes children to a world of information, and builds lasting relationships.  With all of this in mind, I would like to challenge each of you to join us the morning of November 13 at 9:00 in our efforts to Stop, Drop, and Read.  Gallatin Gateway School is teaming up with Hot Springs County School District in Thermopolis, Wyoming to see how many people we can get reading at the same time.  All you have to do is commit to read for ten minutes on November 13 at 9:00 and email me (anderson@gallatingatewayschool.com) with the total number of people who read with you.  I will compile the results and update everyone with the final tally.  Thanks in advance for helping us out and I look forward to hearing back from you next week.
