Just a reminder that the GGS staff are hosting a taco bar for tomorrow night's community supper. Be sure to come out and visit with the staff and stick around to hear Dr. Rob Watson and representatives from Bozeman School District #7 share information on the high school expansion process. I am looking forward to seeing you there!
I know this is a bit late, but we had a wonderful Ski Day on February 6. Students in grades 3 through 8 traveled to Big Sky for a day of skiing and winter fun! Thank you to Scott and Carey Foster of Lone Mountain Sports, PIE, and Eagle Mount for their support in making that day a reality! We are so very fortunate to live in such a generous community.
On February 13, we were very fortunate to have several players from the Bozeman Icedogs visit the students at GGS. The players took the time to visit classrooms, go to recess, and eat lunch with our Gators. Thank you so much to the Icedogs for making our day a little brighter!
I am so excited for next week's Missoula Children's Theater visit to Gallatin Gateway School. This is an opportunity for any student to participate in the production of The Frog Prince. Practice will occur after school next week and the performances will be on Saturday, March at 3:00 and 5:30. All practices and performances will occur at the Community Center. I look forward to seeing our students perform this wonderful play!

Please join us for our annual Spaghetti Dinner on February 10th at the Gallatin Gateway Community Center. The 8th grade class is raising money for their trip to Washington D.C. and will be working the event. Dinner is free, but donations will be much appreciated. See you there!
